EARLY REGISTRATION (Before 6 September 2017):

The Registration link will open up a new page.  On the new page, click the rectangular, green “Registration” button to select Full Conference or Day Passes.  Students will need to apply the PROMO CODE to receive the reduced student rate.  The organizing committee may confirm your student eligibility.  After selecting the number of registrations, click the rectangular, green “Checkout” button.  You will then be able to fill out your registration information and add a workshop to your order.

Workshops need to be added during Checkout by clicking on the Workshops link in the Additional Items section.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A full refund, less a 10% processing fee, will be honored for cancellations requested by 6 September 2017. No refunds are allowed after this date.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutions are allowed, but you must contact Registration in advance to arrange details.
