From Basin Park Hotel Website:

The Arrival procedure to the Basin Park Hotel can be a little challenging thus the staff of the hotel recommends that guests arriving at the property follow the procedure as listed below. Remember, we were built when a well-fed horse was the largest form of transportation.

  1. As you arrive to the Hotel and prior to parking pull into the YELLOW LOADING ZONE CURB. (*If there isn’t any available space to park in the loading zone, you may proceed to the Hotel parking lot (see video below) and either receive a parking pass from the parking lot attendant or use the welcome center phone to call hotel shuttle for pick up.)
  2. Hold your car at the curb and come inside the lobby to register.
  3. Return to your vehicle to unload luggage with the optional use of the bell staff.
  4. Take your luggage to your guest room, you have 10 Minutes at the loading zone.
  5. Return to your car, proceed to the hotel parking area and use the welcome center phone for hotel shuttle pick up to bring you back to the hotel.

If you are arriving before check in time of 3pm:

  1. You may still receive a parking pass before check in time. Please arrive at hotel and pull up to the YELLOW LOADING ZONE CURB. (*If there isn’t any available space to park in the loading zone, you may proceed to the Hotel parking lot (see video below) and either receive a parking pass from the parking lot attendant or use the welcome center phone to call hotel shuttle for pick up to obtain parking pass.)
  2. Hold your car at the curb and come inside the lobby to the front desk and ask if your room is ready. If your room is not ready, you may ask to store your luggage at the front desk and receive a parking pass to park at the hotel parking area.
  3. Return to your car, proceed to the hotel parking area (see video below) and either walk around downtown or use the welcome center phone for hotel shuttle pick up to bring you back to the hotel.

Crescent Hotel & Spa

Parking for NCKMS attendees staying at the Crescent Hotel & Spa is available adjacent to the hotel. Additional information is available here.

Street Parking and Public Parking in the downtown area

There is some parking available downtown, but the number of spaces is limited. Many of the lots are private with associated parking fees (cash may be a preferred payment). Eureka Springs has a transit system with numerous trolley stops that allow access to many places in town. Information on the Trolley System and parking can be found here, and a map of the Trolley Route Stops can be found here.
